Legacy...of the Doctor

That was rather a longer posting gap than I was expecting.
Without further ado:
Doctor Who, in all its forms, is amazing. This is a simple fact. Sure, there's the occasional (or even not so occasional) bad episode, terrible 'monster,' or misjudged characterization. But on the whole, the good far outweighs the bad. For the doubters among you, go watch An Unearthly Child, or Rose, or Blink, or The Eleventh Hour. If you're more familiar with Who and its concepts, go watch Name/Night/Day of the Doctor, or The Doctor's Wife, or The Deadly Assassin, or The War Games. Go listen to The Chimes of Midnight, or Dark Eyes, or Colditz, or The Light at the End. Go read the Hunters of the Burning Stone trade, or the novel The Wheel of Ice. Or go pick something totally different. (But not Love and Monsters. Please, no.)
Go on. Don't worry, I'll wait.

If There's a Bright Center to the Universe...

Non-Star Wars content will arrive at some point in the foreseeable future, however, the staff here at Random Reviews' Multitude of Media is rather limited at best, and this blog began too late for readers to virtually hear my ridiculous (read: 11 hours at least without a break) screams of joy as The Night of the Doctor hit the Internet.

So, instead of Whovian mutterings or Tolkienian dissertations...

This Book ROTS!

Or perhaps, more accurately, "this book: ROTS."
I am referring, of course, to the fabulous (if unfortunately acronymed*) novelization by Matthew Stover of the equally unfortunately acronymed, but not quite as fabulous film, Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.

Introductions? Who Needs Introductions?

Normally, this is the part where people introduce themselves and the general point of their blog.
I, however, am not normal in the slightest, and certainly won't follow such a pattern. This blog is far, far, too original for that!
In a normal blog, the writer might put a bit here saying that they are a young American Anglophile, a Whovian and Sherlockian (both the original stories and classic films and shows, and the BBC modernization), a Star Wars fan, a Tolkienite, a fan of the Harry Potter novels, a mild Trekkie, a puzzle master in the vein of Hershel Layton, and a generally crazy Sci-fi/fantasy aficionado. But I'm not going to do that at all.
After that, there might be a bit explaining that the writer's blog will be focussed on reviewing different works in those categories (and others that may have been forgotten),  and writing on those fandoms in general.
That's what a normal blog might do for a first post.
I, on the other hand, will tell you, dear reader..... absolutely nothing at all. I may not even exist.
And you will never be the wiser. Bwahahahahahahahahaha!
